 The Board of the Company comprises an independent Chair and nine Directors, with six places being held for tenants and three for those Directors with the appropriate expertise or experience to represent the general community.  In the situation where there is a lack of nominations of either type of Director, the Board may fill any remaining vacancies as they see fit, in accordance with the Articles of Association.

Overall, the Board is structured to include a wide range of skills and representation to ensure the efficient and effective running of the organisation. All Board members are committed to the long-term provision of social housing and a high quality housing service.
