Customer feedback is sought following a complaint being closed off.
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we ask our tenants to complete a short questionnaire, to advise if the handling of their complaint was completed to their satisfaction or otherwise.
Tenants can provide feedback on the service by any of the following ways. All tenants completing a feedback survey will be automatically entered into our quarterly prize draw to win £100 of high street shopping vouchers.

Return by Post
Complete the paper questionnaire (as sent out by our Complaints Team) and return to the office in the FREEPOST envelope (no stamp needed). Alternatively, a feedback survey can also be downloaded here.
