Customer feedback is sought following all routine repairs.
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we ask our tenants to complete a short questionnaire to advise if the repair has been completed to their satisfaction or otherwise.
Tenants can provide feedback on works carried out by any of the following ways. All tenants completing a feedback survey will be automatically entered into our quarterly prize draw to win £100 of high street shopping vouchers.

Complete the paper questionnaire (on the reverse of your Repair Order document) and return to the office in the FREEPOST envelope (no stamp needed). Alternatively, hand the completed survey to the tradesman. You can also download a copy of our Reactive Repairs Survey feedback form here.
