Our Customer Review Panel is made up of a small group of tenants who are interested in how Waverley works, how it provides its services to tenants, and by looking at our processes, lets Waverley know how they consider, as tenants, things could be done better.
We reported that 92.6% of our tenants responding to our last Satisfaction Survey in March 2017 were satisfied overall with the services provided – and the Review Panel is focused on ensuring that this high satisfaction level is maintained or, even better, is improved on.
If you are a Waverley tenant why not come along to our Review Panel Meetings and give us your views. Tenants’ views really do matter to Waverley.
