If you have not registered and would like to do so please follow the simple steps below. Please note you cannot apply for any Waverley properties until you have registered with us.
Complete our Housing Application Form
Once you have completed this form successfully you will receive a message confirming this and will be allocated a Reference Number which you should note for future use.
You will not be able to Retrieve a completed and submitted application form – if you wish to make changes, you will require to notify us directly.
Our Allocations Team will review and verify your application. This can take up to 24 hours (longer at weekends and public holidays) and we will contact you to confirm when your application has been verified and is ‘live’ on our housing list. If you have an email address please provide this on your application form or alternatively ensure to provide your contact telephone number for ease of contact.
Once your application is live, you can start searching for properties and place a bid on any you are interested in. To place a bid, you will require to register a Username and Password. Again, keep a note of these, as you will need them each time you wish to apply or bid for other properties.
