Local Residents Group

Having your own residents group for your own area, allows you to get involved with issues that affect your area and allow you to work to increase or build on services you receive, or to increase or build on the community spirit in your area.  Funding is available for residents groups.

Focus Group

When there is a change in practice, or an improvement needed at Waverley Housing, which affects tenants, a focus group of tenants will be invited to meet with staff and work together to put forward your views and opinions on how services can be improved.

Waverley Housing Board

 The Board of the Company comprises an independent Chair and nine Directors, with six places being held for tenants and three for those Directors with the appropriate expertise or experience to represent the general community.
