sub-letting or taking in a lodger
You have the right under certain conditions to take in lodgers or a sub-tenant but you must first get our written permission to do so. Where you wish to sub-let or take in a lodger you must give us the details of the proposed transaction including any payment to be received by you in pursuing the transaction.
