Appointment System

We listen to our tenants and as a result of requests received for more specific timelines for repair requests we have recently introduced a works planning/appointment system for repairs required.  When a tenant requests a repair they are advised of the date that this will be carried out.  This helps tenants make necessary access arrangements with minimum disruption.  Feedback received to date has been very positive.
