We are committed to providing good quality homes and services and we want to hear our tenants’ views on how we perform.   We recently issued all of our tenants with an Annual Satisfaction survey form to complete.  The information gathered from this survey helps us to determine how well our tenants feel we are performing in various aspects of services provided, e.g. repairs, managing anti-social behaviour etc.

All completed survey forms received by the 30th November 2016 were entered into a prize draw.  The winner of this year’s prize draw is Mr Brown from Hawick who chose shopping vouchers as his prize.
