WorldHost Logo - web largeWorldHost Certificate Presentation - 12-05-15 - Web LargeWaverley Housing has successfully achieved ‘WorldHost Recognised Business’ status as a result of 61% of staff having recently completed the internationally renowned ‘WorldHost’ customer service training.

Delivered by Borders College, the customer service training involved a wide cross-section of staff, with content used worldwide, including to the tens of thousands of staff and volunteers of the London 2012 Olympics and The Commonwealth Games.

The key aim of the course is in the principles of service professionalism, focusing on the needs of both the internal and external customer and the importance of courtesy, friendliness, good listening and communications skills.

Service Standards are important in all aspects of our operations and this training signals our commitment to putting customers first by delivering an exceptional service and promoting Waverley Housing as a friendly and welcoming organisation.
