Message From The Chair
I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of the Board Members
and staff at Waverley Housing to introduce you to the latest edition
of our tenant handbook. Our tenant handbook has been produced by
tenants and staff to cover all the important information you need to know
throughout your tenancy. It has been designed to provide you with an
easy to read guide to the main services we provide and it also contains
other information and helpful advice you need about your tenancy to help
make your home a safe and comfortable place to live.
The handbook is a valuable resource; please keep it in a convenient place
for quick reference. If you end your tenancy with us, I would ask that you
leave the handbook behind when you move out of the house, or return it
to us, as it will be of value to the incoming tenant.
Whether you are an existing tenant or a new tenant we hope that you find
the handbook both practical and helpful to you in your tenancy. Of course,
if there is something not covered by this handbook, or an issue you would
like to discuss in greater detail, please contact us and we will be happy to
