Communication
Waverley recognises the importance of communicating with our tenants
efficiently. We will provide you with information about our services and
any other issues that could affect your tenancy. We will do this by:
Giving you a welcome pack containing all the pertinent information you
will require regarding your tenancy when you sign up to your new home.
Regular newsletters letting you know what we are up to as well as other
information – available by post or email. You can sign up to our regular
e-newsletters via our website.
You will receive an annual report on our performance, giving full
information about the Scottish Social Housing Charter, and how we are
performing against this.
Policies will be put on our website
and
we will provide hard copies upon request and in different languages or
format if required.
