Moving In
When you receive the keys to your new home we will ask you to:

Make arrangements as to how you will pay your rent
•
Become aware of who your gas and electricity supplier is and take
responsibility for power supply
•
Transfer your TV licence or buy one
We will ensure that the house has had any necessary repairs carried
out and make sure that the gas and electricity fixtures have been safely
checked. If there are outstanding repairs required you will be informed
of them and suitable arrangements will be made with you to have these
works carried out.
