A new deal with CGI will bring as Scottish Centre of Excellence to the Scottish Borders and inject over £100m into the local economy.
200 new jobs will be created in the Borders as part of a £92million Digital Services contract awarded by Scottish Borders Council (SBC) to the global IT and business process services provider, CGI.
The agreement also brings with it the most significant inward investment proposal ever for the region with the potential to inject over £100m into the Borders’ economy.
