Vacancy – Handyperson – £23,310 Per Annum (£12.81 Per Hour) – Full Time – Permanent

We are looking to recruit a Handyperson to join our repairs team to assist with general maintenance in our properties and estates.

Key duties include:

Turning around all vacant properties to an agreed high letting standard within an
allocated timescale:
– emptying properties of any items left behind by the vacating tenant, e.g. furniture, waste, flooring etc.
– cleaning and disinfecting areas including communal areas
– general handyperson tasks, e.g. painting, joinery, tiling etc.
– garden clearance and tidying, including grass cutting

Estate management including fence repairs and paving works.

Successful candidates will be self-motivated, have a flexible approach and will:  
– have a full valid driving licence
– be physically fit and able to undertake manual labour
– be able to undertake basic trades skills
– preferably have experience in a similar role  

Hours: 35 hours per week Monday – Friday
