Property Compliance Assistant

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service/IT skills to join our small property services team.  The post holder will be responsible for dealing with our compliance responsibilities.  This includes arranging gas service visits, maintaining compliance registers and recording these on our computer systems.  The role will also involve programming our Planned and Cyclical Maintenance installations including liaising with tenants and contractors to make suitable appointments.   In addition, the post holder will provide a variety of administrative support within the section.  

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role (although a background in housing is not a pre-requisite for this role) and of working under pressure, meeting deadlines and will have the ability to form good working relationships.  Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential.
