The current adverse weather conditions are set to continue over the weekend of 3 and 4 March and are having a major impact on the ability of our staff to safely travel to our customers’ homes and undertake repairs and maintenance work. Our repairs team are mobile today Friday 2 March and will endeavour to complete repairs appointments however we will have to reschedule some repair appointments and regret any inconvenience that this may cause to our customers.
Thank you for your patience – hopefully normal service will resume Monday 5 March.
