Our annual garden competition winner for 2017 is Mr Boal from Kelso who transformed the communal garden area at his block of flats into a vibrant and colourful display of garden plants, hanging baskets and potted plants. Not only can he enjoy his area, but his efforts are welcomed by his fellow neighbours too.
Mr Boal received £50 vouchers for his efforts – a big well done to him!
