Lynda Johnstone, Development Manager from Tenant Information Service (www.tis.org.uk) visited us on Wednesday 18th March to provide an overview of the role of tenant scrutiny and give a flavour of the different scrutiny approaches – from mystery shoppers, tenant led inspections to customer panels. Our tenants, board members and staff who attended the session felt it very worthwhile and informative. We will now be working with our tenants to develop the first of our activities and agree together the best way forward.
