Customer feedback is sought following all major repairs and improvements being carried out to our properties. This includes improvements such as installation of new central heating, fitted kitchens, bathrooms and double glazing. It also includes any major repairs to the outside of properties such as roofs, roughcasting and repair to balconies.
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we ask our tenants to complete a short questionnaire, so that we can sign off that their major work is completed to their satisfaction or otherwise.
Tenants can provide feedback on works carried out by any of the following ways. All tenants completing a feedback survey will be automatically entered into our quarterly prize draw to win £100 of high street shopping vouchers.

Complete the paper questionnaire (on the reverse of your Repair Order document) and return to the office in the FREEPOST envelope (no stamp needed). Alternatively, hand the completed survey to the tradesman. A Major Works feedback survey form can also be downloaded here.
