Settling-In Visits

Customer feedback is sought following settling-in visits carried out by our Housing Team.

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we ask our tenants to complete a short questionnaire, to advise if the visit was completed to their satisfaction or otherwise.

Tenants can provide feedback on the service received by any of the following ways.  All tenants completing a feedback survey will be automatically entered into our quarterly prize draw to win £100 of high street shopping vouchers.

Return by Post

Complete the paper questionnaire (as supplied by our Housing Team) and return to the office in the FREEPOST envelope (no stamp needed).  A feedback survey can also be downloaded here.
