le and organisations in communities across the Scottish Borders can now join the new Neighbourhood Alert Scheme. Alert is supported by a local partnership of Scottish Borders Council, Police Scotland, Scottish Fire and Rescue and NHS Borders.
Alert is a FREE network designed to share up-to-date emergency and crime prevention advice, alert local residents to crimes and safety issues affecting their area.
Alert is there for:

- Community Councils
- Resilient Communities
- Farmers
- Housing Associatons
- Voluntary and Community Groups
- Businesses
- Shops
