Refurbishment
In 2021 we completed the refurbishment programme of 68 flats within the estate. Our main contractor for the project was Everwarm. These works included the provision of new render and external wall insulation to the blocks of flats, new cavity wall insulation, roof works, replacement rainwater goods, new communal door entry systems to most blocks, new flooring in the common stairwells and full redecoration of the stairwells. This has increased the energy efficiency of the flats and as you can see from the photos has vastly improved the appearance of the blocks.
