Daltons Demolition Ltd have now completed phase 1 demolition and the estate looks very different to what it did in August 2022. You may have noticed some areas remain fenced off, this is to ensure the site remains safe for residents and visitors to the estate. Focus now turns toward the new build phase. It is anticipated that the new build phase will commence in 2024.
