Homelessness

A small percentage of our properties are allocated to people who are classed as homeless.

If a potential tenant is homeless, or facing the threat of homelessness in the Scottish Borders area within the next two months, they should contact Scottish Borders Council’s Homelessness Services on 01896 661 385 or FREEPHONE: 0800 376 1138 .  The Council has a responsibility to provide housing information, advice and assistance in accordance with the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001.
