Opening of Langlee Community House

Hawick High School Pupils’ Artwork

A team of young pupils from Hawick High School have provided Waverley Housing with artwork depicting local landmarks and scenes.  The artwork is displayed within our reception area.  We were pleased to welcome the pupils to our offices on Wednesday 12th November 2014 to thank them for their endeavours and so that they could view their art display.

Waverley Apprentice Wins SNIPEF Award

James Burns, Waverley’s Apprentice Plumber was awarded the ‘Most Improved Student’ award by both Borders College and SNIPEF (Scottish and Northern Ireland Plumbing Employer’s Association) after passing his exams with flying colours. New Emergency Messaging System Launched

25th Anniversary Prize Draw Winner

Mr W Moffatt of Hawick was the lucky recipient of the first prize in Waverley’s 25th Anniversary Prize draw.  Mr Moffat correctly answered that Waverley have installed 344 new heating systems so far this year. Our picture shows Waverley’s Howard Walker presenting Mr Moffatt with his £100 vouchers.

New Equipment for South Schoolgirls Hockey Association
