Keeping You Involved
Engaging with our customers and the communities we serve is at the
heart of our business. Customer involvement is about tenants, and other
customers, taking part in the decision making processes and influencing
decisions about our housing policies, conditions and housing related
services.
We work to offer a variety of ways that tenants and customers can get
involved.
Local Residents Groups
We work with several local groups who meet to discuss housing,
community and housing-related issues. Visit our website to see a current
list of groups or contact our Tenant Participation Officer.
If you would like to set up a residents group in your area – we are happy
to help you.
Our Tenant Participation Officer is available to assist with the set up, and
running of groups and will be able to offer support and assistance for as
long as you need until your group becomes established.
Board of Directors
We have six places on our Board of Directors for Tenants. If you are a
tenant/joint tenant and have an interest in being involved in the running
