Waverley Housing has been awarded grant funding through the Scottish Government’s Net Zero Heat Fund in relation to installing energy efficiency measures in its housing stock. This will include air source heat pump (ASHP) heating systems in combination with solar photovoltaic (PV) panels and battery storage technology. Waverley Housing will match this grant funding as it continues its commitment to meet the Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing. Waverley Housing has engaged Warmworks to project manage the programme and will notify the tenants of the properties included in the programme. The programme is likely to run from August 2022 to September 2023.
