Insurance
Waverley Housing has insured the structure of your home against
damage to the fixtures, fittings and fabric of the building.
We also provide free of charge, home contents insurance. Please refer to
the information leaflet you will have been given when you signed up for
your tenancy. You can of course opt to take out your own insurance cover
if you wish and any insurance broker will be happy to provide you with
details of the cover and cost.
Please note that cover is not provided to any tenant with an
outstanding debt due to Waverley unless there is a repayment
arrangement in place which is being adhered to.
