Customer Review Panel – Summer 2016

Our Customer Review Panel are a dedicated team of tenants who volunteer their time to review and scrutinise the services we deliver. They look at our performance and make recommendations on how we can improve our services.

The Customer Review Panel chooses which services they would like to review.

This year, the Customer Review Panel has been reviewing our ‘Re-Let Standard of Empty Homes’ and has now completed its scrutiny of Waverley’s Relet Standards for empty properties before any new tenant occupies, and presented their Report to Waverley’s Board Members at their meeting on 29th November 2016.

The Board thanked the Panel for their work on this project and their scrutiny report and undertook  to consider fully all the recommendations presented to them, with a view to implementing any improvements, where appropriate.

The Panel has been invited to the Board Meeting in February 2017 for feedback from Board Members following their considerations of the Panel’s recommendations.

We will publish the Board’s feedback to the Panel in due course.
