We have a robust and extensive planned and cyclical maintenance programme for all of our properties. During the financial year 2020-21 (April 2020-March 2021) we plan to invest over £1.1million on our stock which includes the items below.
Unfortunately some of these plans may be delayed or postponed due to the current coronavirus pandemic and uncertainty over Government restrictions. We will be keeping our tenants informed of any amendments to the programme during the financial year.
