Factoring Services
Waverley Housing would like to get feedback from our customers who we provide a factoring service to. This may be landscaping, communal maintenance, close cleaning, or all of those services. Your participation in the survey is important to us and will be used as part of our annual return to the charter and to get valuable feedback that we can use as part of our continuous improvement of our services.
FACTORING SERVICES SURVEY

From July 2026, we will be moving to a new Housing Management System, as part of this change we are looking to make better use of paperless communication that prioritises email, we will ask you for your up to date mobile and email address when you complete either the online or paper questionnaire, this will help us to update your details accordingly.
